Web 2.0 is giving me a headache

I'm trying to move all my blogger files to WordPress. WordPress has this handy-dandy importer-for-dummies button that literally does the work for you, so it's hard to understand why I'm having such a hard time clicking a button.

Well, the importer doesn't work with "new" blogger. Of course it doesn't. You know why it doesn't? Because I don't know how to import.

So, Josh gave me this link (yay Josh!): http://wiki.wordpress.org/BloggerImport. And I followed the instructions of the link except I made the path name / (is that good? bad? I don't know. That's what I was told to do).

And now, well now it doesn't work. And I need help. Please help.

List five truths. Five things that are on your mind. Good, bad, it matters not. Lift some weight off. Then, pick five people to do the same:

1. I have absolutely no intention of tagging back anyone since I know no one on livejournal and only got an account so that I can read a few friends' journals with ease.

2. I am terrible at competitive sports and don't like to play unless my teammates don't mind losing and/or will allow piggy-back rides to be part of the game.

3. I'm tired of having the reputation of being mean but I have no idea what I could or would compromise about my personality to change it.

4. I maintain ~ 5 different blogs for the singular purpose of writing every day.

5. I'm happy with my body because I have great sex.

http://erickarozema.com/
http://fungus.knownick.net/
